It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they are familiar with the latest version. The Terms & Conditions published on the Website are the definitive and enforceable version.

The Website may only be used for lawful purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Website to transmit, distribute, post, or store any material that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Additionally, posting promotional links to third-party websites in the comments section of the Website’s content is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in restricted or revoked access at the Provider’s discretion.

4. Website Features and Services

The Website provides an interactive platform featuring a range of informational content, including tips, strategies, industry news, pricing data, and other statistical or educational insights related to cryptocurrencies. This content is primarily sourced from independent third parties and various official websites. It does not originate from the Provider and does not represent the Provider’s editorial views or opinions.

While the Provider makes every reasonable effort to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, Users are advised to verify any content obtained from the Website through additional reputable sources. The Provider assumes no liability for how Users choose to apply any tips, strategies, or other information presented. Furthermore, the Provider is not responsible for the accuracy, opinions, or editorial content provided by external contributors or linked services.

The content and resources provided on the Website are intended strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. From time to time, the Website may also offer reward programs or contests that provide Users with opportunities to earn benefits or prizes. Each promotional activity will be governed by its own set of official rules, which participants must read and understand before entering.

Accessing content, subscribing to emails and content updates, or participating in any contest is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.

Unauthorized use of the Website’s content may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws under the European Union and other relevant legal jurisdictions. The Provider and its authorized representatives reserve the right to take legal action and seek full compensation for any damages resulting from such violations, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Third Party sites

The User acknowledges that any interactions with third parties following their visit to the Website—whether intentional or incidental—and any resulting outcomes, are wholly independent of the Provider’s responsibilities. The Provider accepts no liability for any agreements, expectations, or consequences arising from such interactions, whether direct or indirect.

Any disputes or claims between the User and third parties are solely between those parties and do not involve the Provider in any way. Furthermore, third parties, including advertisers featured on the Website, are not granted access to the User’s Personal Data or any information shared with the Provider.

7. Audiovisual Content

The Provider assumes no responsibility for the content found on external websites that may be accessed via links on the Website.

The Provider produces and publishes regular podcast content in audiovisual format. These podcasts are hosted, organised, and curated by the Provider, and are made available in two primary formats:

(a) Live-streamed broadcasts, accessible directly through the Website during scheduled times; and

(b) Archived recordings, which remain accessible via the Website following the live stream.

The podcast videos are hosted on the Provider’s servers and may include interviews, discussions, and commentary on a variety of topics. While the Provider oversees the production and curation of this content, it is expressly stated that the views, opinions, and statements made by guests or interviewees during these podcasts are solely their own and do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, or positions of the Provider.

The Provider makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any opinions, advice, or statements expressed in the podcast content by third parties.

8. Legal Compliance

Users are advised to comply with all laws applicable in their country of residence, domicile, or current location. The Provider accepts no responsibility for any legal proceedings or actions initiated by authorities against Users in relation to their use of the Website.

9. Breach of Terms & Conditions

If a User breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or if the Provider has reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance—whether direct or indirect—the Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or revoke the User’s access to the Website, deactivate any related account, and pursue legal action as deemed appropriate.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta, excluding any principles relating to conflicts of law. The Parties agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

11. No Partnership, Agency or Joint Venture

These Terms & Conditions are not intended to create any partnership, agency, joint venture, or other form of legal association between the Provider and the User.

12. Waiver

Any waiver by the Provider of a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by a User shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same provision or of any other provision within these Terms & Conditions.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 Warranties and Representations

Users have the right to request corrections to any inaccurate Personal Data processed by the Website. They may also ask for updates to outdated information or completion of incomplete data, including by submitting additional details through a supplementary statement.

Additionally, we may process your Personal Data based on legitimate interests or to comply with legal requirements, including defending legal claims or complying with orders from courts, tribunals, or regulatory authorities.

19. Disclosure to third parties

The Provider does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share Users’ Personal Data with third parties without prior consent or notice. However, in the event of a sale or transfer of the Website, Users’ Personal Data may be disclosed to the acquiring party.

This does not override any legal obligations requiring the Website to disclose Users’ Personal Data to third parties.

Personal Data may also be shared when strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, with prior explicit consent obtained from the affected Users.

The Provider reserves the right to share aggregated statistical data—such as information about Users, sales, and website traffic—with third parties, provided that no individual User can be personally identified.
