WasabiCard will host “Stablecoin & Payments: Funds Flow” in Singapore on Oct. 6, bringing together executives from Circle, Visa, and other card networks, stablecoin issuers, institutional digital asset companies, fintechs, and cloud infrastructure providers. The forum will examine how stablecoin liquidity is moving into card programs, cross-border payouts, and enterprise payment operations.
The event will take place at Raffles Singapore, a day before Token2049 Singapore opens on Oct. 7. Token2049 runs Oct. 7-8 at Marina Bay Sands.

Forum delves into whether stablecoin liquidity can work at enterprise scale
WasabiCard’s central question is whether stablecoin liquidity can be “settled, safeguarded and made usable across regulated payment rails at enterprise scale.” The forum will examine the operational links between onchain capital markets and real-world payments. Those links include card issuing, conversion and settlement, treasury controls, cross-border payouts, reconciliation, and fraud management.
The first anchor discussion will focus on onchain capital markets, including liquidity, tokenized assets, market structure, global settlement, and institutional participation. The second will address operating needs for stablecoin payments at scale, including merchant acceptance, compliance, card programs, corporate treasury, and cross-border payments.
Vidit Agrawal, vice president of partnerships and business development for APAC at Circle, is a listed speaker. WasabiCard also appears in Circle’s Alliance member directory.
Other confirmed speakers include Width’s Chye Kit, Safeheron’s Yifan Zhang, Lotus Technology’s Daxue Wang, AWS’ David Sung, Nium’s Yogesh Sangle, Plume’s Shukyee Ma, Mirae Asset’s Kelly Sohn, and WasabiCard’s Ray Yang.
Komil Desai, US head of crypto partnerships at Visa, is also listed as a participant. WasabiCard said it would announce the full speaker lineup through its official channels.
WasabiCard reports 700 enterprise clients and $1 billion in volume
WasabiCard said it serves more than 700 enterprises and has issued over 700,000 cards, with more than $1 billion in processed transaction volume. Its infrastructure connects with more than 70 card BINs and enables stablecoin conversion and settlement across more than 30 fiat currencies.
The company lists payroll and contractor payouts, software-as-a-service subscriptions, media buying, AI agent purchases, and corporate expenses among its use cases.
Co-founder and CEO Ray Yang said stablecoins are reshaping the settlement layer while leaving the payment layer in place. The task now is to give that layer “the compliance, controls and user experience that businesses need,” Yang said.
“Stablecoins are already meeting real business needs across industries.
We see demand for media buying, creator payouts, remote team payrolls, and SaaS subscriptions, as well as from Web3 businesses and crypto exchanges.
These are businesses that need to move money quickly,… pic.twitter.com/p01F4cJpIi

Visa’s settlement run rate tops $20 billion as BCG questions headline volumes
Visa reported a $7-billion annualized stablecoin settlement run rate on April 29. By Sept. 8, the figure had surpassed $20 billion, up more than 15x year-on-year. Payment volume across more than 160 stablecoin-linked card programs also rose nearly 200% from a year earlier.
Visa added that every card program must front its daily settlement obligations before collecting funds from cardholders. Credit Coop, which provides financing for stablecoin-linked card programs, has financed more than $2.5 billion in settlement volume since 2023 with zero defaults, according to Visa.
Circle’s Aug. 5 second-quarter results showed Circle Payments Network at $14.7 billion in annualized transaction volume for the trailing 30 days. Circle also said Nium had linked USDC (USDC) settlement to its payout network across 190+ countries, allowing financial institutions to move funds via USDC and settle in local currencies.
Boston Consulting Group’s January 2026 white paper provides a narrower view of onchain stablecoin payment volumes. It estimated real economic activity at $4.2 trillion, about 7% of more than $62 trillion in annual stablecoin transfers. The paper, citing Artemis and Visa data, put stablecoin card payments near $15 billion in 2025.
