Points of Focus
- Solana (SOL) trades at $118.14 after slipping below $120.
- US spot SOL ETFs drew a record $86.7 million on Sept. 25.
- The Solana stablecoin market cap rose nearly 8% in 24 hours to $17.4 billion.
Solana (SOL) fell to $118.14 on Monday after slipping below $120, even as US spot SOL exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded their largest daily inflow since launch and stablecoin capital on the network climbed to a record level.
The two demand signals strengthened as SOL pulled back, leaving $120 as the immediate price level buyers need to recover.

Solana ETF inflows hit record as SOL slips below $120
US spot Solana ETFs pulled in $86.7 million on Sept. 25, their largest single-day inflow since the products began launching in late October 2025, according to SoSoValue. Bitwise’s BSOL accounted for $55.7 million of the total.

The funds attracted $188.2 million for the week, their second-highest weekly intake after the $199.2-million launch week. Combined assets also reached a record $1.5 billion on Sept. 25.
Those flows show demand for regulated SOL exposure remained strong even as the token later moved back below $120. ETF inflows alone don’t guarantee that price will hold a technical level, making SOL’s response around $120 more important than the overall inflow total.
Solana stablecoin market cap reaches $16.43 billion
Solana’s stablecoin market cap rose to $16.43 billion, up $834.57 million, or 5.35%, over seven days, according to DefiLlama data. USDC held 44.09% dominance, equal to roughly $7.24 billion of the total.

The increase puts more dollar-denominated capital on Solana for trading, lending, and payments. It doesn’t translate directly into SOL purchases because stablecoins can remain in wallets, liquidity pools, or applications without creating matching demand for the native token.
SOL is still trading below $120 even after Solana added $834.57 million in stablecoin value over the past week.
Solana futures volume remains far above spot
CoinGlass data show about $7.5 billion in Solana futures open interest, with $9.2 billion in 24-hour futures volume versus $922 million in spot volume.
Futures turnover was nearly 10 times spot volume at that snapshot, showing that derivatives remain a large part of current SOL trading activity.
Crypto analyst Crypto Patel highlighted a higher resistance level in a Sept. 26 X post, arguing that a weekly close above $150 would confirm a broader breakout. He also identified rejection at that level as a risk to the bullish setup.
SOLANA PRICE PREDICTION: THE $150 BREAKOUT COULD SEND $SOL TOWARD $1,000$SOL has finally reclaimed $120 After ~8 months, but the real HTF trend-flip level is $150.

SOL remains well below that threshold. At $118.14, the first test is whether buyers can reclaim $120, while futures open interest remains near $7.5 billion.
