Point of Focus
- Binance will list tokenized Reddit (RDDTB) and GoPro (GPROB) shares.
- bStocks track the underlying shares but do not provide direct stock ownership.
- Dividend payments, when applicable, are reinvested into bStocks.
Binance is expanding its tokenized equities offering with the addition of Reddit and GoPro, giving crypto traders exposure to two more US-listed companies directly through its spot market.
The exchange will open trading for GoPro bStock (GPROB) and Reddit bStock (RDDTB) against Tether (USDT) on Sept. 16.
The launch expands Binance’s bStocks lineup after the platform added a series of major US companies and exchange-traded funds over recent months.
The new products track the performance of Reddit and GoPro shares but do not give holders direct ownership of the underlying stocks.
How Binance’s Reddit and GoPro tokens work
Rather than representing direct ownership of Reddit or GoPro shares, the tokens are certificates designed to mirror the economic performance of their underlying securities.
Each bStock is fully backed by a corresponding US share held with a regulated custodian. This structure allows eligible Binance users to gain exposure to traditional equities while trading them through infrastructure more commonly associated with cryptocurrencies.

RDDTB and GPROB will initially trade against USDT, further integrating tokenized equities into Binance’s existing spot market.
However, holders do not become registered shareholders of Reddit or GoPro and therefore do not receive traditional shareholder rights such as voting rights.
Do Binance tokenized stocks pay dividends?
While bStock holders do not own the underlying shares directly, they can still receive the economic benefit of dividends when the underlying company makes a distribution.
Rather than paying the dividend as cash, Binance’s bStocks structure provides for dividend reinvestment. After applicable taxes and withholding, distributions from the underlying shares are used to increase investors’ exposure to the relevant bStock.

That distinction could become more relevant as Binance expands into dividend-paying companies.
Reddit and GoPro, however, do not currently pay regular dividends, meaning the feature has little immediate impact on RDDTB and GPROB holders.
If either company begins paying dividends in the future, eligible bStock investors could receive the corresponding economic benefit under the product’s terms.
Binance expands tokenized stock push
The Reddit and GoPro listings continue a rapid expansion that began when Binance launched bStocks in June.
Early listings included tokenized versions of Tesla, NVIDIA and Circle Internet Group. The exchange subsequently expanded the range with companies including Coinbase, Alphabet, Robinhood, IBM and Nokia.

In July, Binance added another batch of 10 tokenized securities, including Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, PayPal, Dell and Applied Materials, alongside semiconductor-focused ETFs.
The platform surpassed $100 million in assets under management within 15 days of launching, highlighting growing demand for blockchain-based exposure to traditional securities.
Tokenized equities are emerging as one of the fastest-growing segments of the broader real-world asset market, with crypto exchanges increasingly competing to offer stocks through blockchain infrastructure.
