Points of Focus
- Bitcoin trades at $84,029.40, retesting Glassnode’s $84K–$85K holder zone.
- US spot Bitcoin ETF inflows fell 51% to $347 million on Sept. 23.
- 100–1,000 BTC wallets added 113,950 BTC, while $82,500 remains key support.
Bitcoin traded at $84,029.40 on Thursday, falling back into the $84,000–$85,000 holder zone after retreating from this week’s high above $87,000. US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $347 million in net inflows on Sept. 23, down about 51% from $714.7 million a day earlier.
The decline has pushed BTC back toward Glassnode’s largest long-term-holder supply cluster, turning a former resistance area into an immediate support test.

Bitcoin ETF Inflows Slow to $347M After $715M Day
SoSoValue data showed BlackRock’s IBIT led Sept. 23 with $166.3 million, followed by Fidelity’s FBTC at $143.2 million. Morgan Stanley’s MSBT added $32.4 million, while ARKB drew $5 million.

The daily slowdown doesn’t yet mark a reversal in ETF demand. The group remained net positive for a fifth consecutive session, taking cumulative inflows over that stretch to about $2.65 billion, the strongest five-day total since October 2025. That leaves a gap between softer daily demand and a broader run of positive fund flows.
$84K–$85K Bitcoin Holder Zone Becomes Immediate Test
Glassnode’s Sept. 23 report identified $84,000–$85,000 as the largest cluster of long-term-holder supply. The firm placed the next major on-chain resistance at the mean MVRV price near $96,700, while the True Market Mean at $77,000 remains the main support below current levels.
BTC is now trading near the lower edge of that holder band. Glassnode also said spot trading volume has more than doubled from its August low, giving the market another demand signal to compare with the slower ETF print rather than treating one session in isolation.
Bitcoin Larger-Wallet Balances Rise as ETF Demand Slows
Santiment said in a Sept. 23 X post that wallets holding 100–1,000 BTC have increased their balances by 113,950 BTC since July 15, lifting the cohort’s combined holdings 2.22% to about 5.24 million BTC. The data points to accumulation among larger wallets, though address balances don’t identify owners or confirm that all of the increase came from open-market purchases.
🐳 Bitcoin’s 100-1,000 $BTC wallets are accumulating fast. Since July 15, they’ve added 113,950 BTC, growing their collective holdings by 2.22% to roughly 5.24M BTC.

Analyst Ali Martinez also posted that Bitcoin’s daily double-bottom structure places neckline support at $82,500 and retains a $100,000 technical target. That level sits below Glassnode’s $84,000–$85,000 holder band, leaving $82,500 as the next technical reference if BTC loses the current zone.
Glassnode’s True Market Mean stands at $77,000, roughly 8% below Bitcoin’s latest quoted price.
